Prepare food for approximately 75 people. (For example…donuts, bagels, pastries, soup, sandwiches, snacks.)

All paper products/utensils are supplied by the Church School. There may be some supplies on the kitchen counter, but additional supplies are in the pantry. You can also chose to use and wash our plates rather than disposable items, benefiting both our parish’s expenses and the environment. If other families/teams are interested in following suit, Fr. John encourages you to do so.

Coffee and Juice

A pot of both regular (large pot) and decaf (small pot) should be made. Coffee is located in the first cupboard by the telephone or in the pantry. One cup of coffee per 20 cups of water.

Any juices in refrigerator need to put out by the hot water for tea.
Use of anything in the kitchen/pantry…bowls, pans, serving trays, etc. is permitted.

NEED TO KNOW

Hot foods must be placed on wooden boards on the serving table. The boards are located in the kitchen on the center counter bottom shelf.
Any condiments or unused food should be taken home. DO NOT LEAVE IN REFRIGERATOR OR IN THE KITCHEN.

It is also recommended that food be set aside for clergy. Please note Fr. John is allergic to shellfish, bell peppers, coffee, and chocolate.
