As in the past, the Holy Myrrhbearers’ Ladies’ Altar Society will be leading trips to Simmons Farm on the Sunday before Dormition so that you can pick your own bouquet to have blessed at the Feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos:

2:30p on Sunday, Aug. 11
3:00p on Wednesday, Aug. 14

Simmons Farm, 170 Simmons Road, McMurray, PA 15317. 

Simmons charges $17/bucket, plus a $5 deposit on the bucket and a pair of scissors to use in the field.  The Ladies will meet at the market and then drive to the field.  If you cannot be at Liturgy for the Feast, feel free to drop your flowers off on the evening of Aug. 13 or at the service on Dormition Eve!  Please see one of our wonderful matushki to RSVP, or if you have any questions.
