As we “Continue to Light the Way” and begin the second phase of our building project, we would like to thank and
recognize the following donors who have kept the Capital Campaign spark lit with a new donation to Phase II. An altar
vigil will be lit for every donor who has made a donation to our Phase II, “Continuing to Light the Way” Campaign. These new vigils will be lit from a large recognition candle printed with “Continuing to Light the Way” representing our donors from Phase I, showing that we will “continue to light the way” together for the glory of God.
“Let your Light shine before men, that they may see your good works” (Matthew 5:16)

Things were moving slow in the beginning because we were waiting on Columbia Gas to come out and tell us the changes that needed made to our existing gas line layout. We had one gas line going to both the church and rectory which ran under the existing sidewalk in front of the church steps. With the expansion, the gas company said it needed relocated since it is no longer allowed to run under the building or that length of a sidewalk. Therefore, separate lines running to both the church and rectory have been installed to correct this issue. Demolition of the existing structures have finally begun, and the contractor is exploring the water issues around the front foundation that have been a concern to us. Since the area is dug down to the foundation, please be cautious as you walk around the construction site.
