There is a vesperal liturgy for the feast of the Annunciation this coming Monday the 25th at 6pm. That coincides with our originally scheduled production time for the Western Easter kolbassa orders. In the interest of not creating a conflict, and ensuring as many of you as possible will be able to attend the service for this major feast, we will be adjusting the kolbassa production schedule. The changes are as follows:
Monday 25th – 2:00pm – The meat will be brought to the church and mixed with the seasoning.
Tuesday 26th – 10am – A few volunteers will case the smoked sausage so it can immediately begin smoking as usual.
Thursday 28th – Main production day. We will case, cut, and bag fresh, hot, and cut and bag the  smoked. This is the replacement of the ordinary Monday production. As usual, we will aim to start in the early afternoon and continue until we have completed the work. Come and go as you are available, and bring your friends. Any and all help is appreciated!
Saturday 30th – 12-2pm – Pickup as normal.
A few people have confirmed their availability for Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. If you can help during those times, or if you can help with smoking during the day Tuesday, let me know (or just show up – it's free).
